All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Please take photo evidence and send the images to us to help support your case. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred. We will cover the shipping cost of the return if your order comes damaged, or we have wrongly sent you an incorrect order. Otherwise, shipping costs will not be covered for any exchanges / returns without a valid reason.
All returns should be sent back to our warehouse using USPS / FedEX or UPS, and have valid tracking numbers for the return. Please email us photos of any receipts if you are eligible for a free return, and we will reimburse you the return shipping fee.
